What Visual Content Does a Real Estate Project Need?
Alongside its renders, a project needs four kinds of real-world visuals: a 360° tour of the model flat or sample villa, drone footage of the site and its surroundings, a guided walkthrough video, and regular construction-progress updates. Together they answer the buyer’s real questions, what the space feels like, where the site is and whether it is being built, before the first visit.

Walkthrough videos
A presenter-led tour of the site, model flat and amenities for YouTube, reels and WhatsApp.
Progress updates
Monthly drone and ground footage showing the construction stage, for buyers and NRIs.

How Do 360° Virtual Tours Help Sell Property?
A 360° virtual tour lets a buyer move room to room through a model flat or sample villa on their phone. It pre-qualifies buyers before a site visit, keeps them on your website longer and lets NRIs and out-of-town buyers shortlist with confidence. We capture tours with a professional 360° camera, add floor-plan navigation and hotspots for specifications, and publish them wherever your buyers are.
Drone videography shows the whole layout, its roads and its approach before a buyer drives out.
03 · Drone videography
What Does Drone Videography Show Buyers?
Drone videography shows what a ground camera cannot: the whole layout or tower cluster, the roads and greenery around it, and how close it is to the Outer Ring Road, metro, schools and IT hubs. For plotted ventures and gated layouts around Hyderabad it is often the most-watched video in the campaign, because buyers want to see the entire venture and its approach before they drive out.
Drone shoot deliverables
Aerial film of the site in morning or evening light
Location flyover with distance captions
High-resolution aerial photos
Plot and tower overlays added in editing
Vertical cuts for reels and shorts
Raw footage handed over for future use

How Do Monthly Construction Updates Work?
Monthly construction updates are a short drone and ground video plus a photo set, captured from the same positions every month so buyers and NRIs abroad can see progress side by side. They reassure existing buyers, reduce calls to your CRM team and give your social media and ads fresh, believable content.

How Is a Real Estate Shoot Planned and Delivered?
A shoot is planned around light, weather and site readiness. We agree the shot list, check the airspace for the drone, schedule a morning or evening slot, then deliver edited files within one to two weeks. Model flats should be fully dressed and the site cleaned before the shoot, because the camera shows everything.
Plan
Shot list, model-flat styling checklist, airspace check and a date chosen around the weather.
Shoot
360° capture, drone flights and ground video in one or two site visits.
Edit
Colour grading, captions, music, overlays and tour hotspots added.
Deliver
Files in every size your website, portals, ads and WhatsApp need, plus the raw footage.
Ownership: you receive the edited files and raw footage with usage rights for all your marketing.
Every drone shoot includes
Airspace check on the Digital Sky map before booking
Registered drone and a certified remote pilot
Permission requests where a site is in a yellow zone
Site safety briefing with your engineer
No flights over crowds or neighbouring homes
Weather and wind checks on the day
06 · Rules and safety
What Rules Apply to Drone Shoots in Hyderabad?
Drone flights in India follow the Drone Rules, 2021: the drone must be registered, the pilot needs a remote pilot certificate for most drones, and the flight area must be checked on the Digital Sky airspace map, where yellow and red zones around airports such as Rajiv Gandhi International and Begumpet need permission or are off-limits. We fly only with certified pilots and the right permissions, and tell you in advance if a site cannot be flown.

Virtual tours & drone FAQ
Questions About Virtual Tours and Drone Videography
How much do virtual tours and drone videography cost?
Shoots are priced per project, based on the number of tours, flight locations and edited videos, and whether you want monthly construction updates. We send a fixed quote after the free audit. Footage from the shoot is then reused in the monthly ad creative that is already part of our packages, which start at ₹10,000 a month.
Can you fly a drone near the airport?
Sites close to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport or Begumpet may fall in a yellow or red zone on the Digital Sky airspace map. Yellow-zone flights need permission in advance and red-zone flights are not allowed. We check your site before booking and suggest alternatives, such as elevated ground shots, if a flight is not possible.
How long does a shoot take, and when do we get the files?
Most shoots need one or two site visits of a few hours each, timed for morning or evening light. Edited videos and tours are delivered within one to two weeks, and quick social cuts can be shared within a few days.
Does the model flat need to be ready before the shoot?
Yes. A 360° tour shows every corner, so the model flat or sample villa should be fully finished, furnished and cleaned. We send a styling checklist before the shoot and reschedule if the space is not ready.
Where can we use the virtual tour?
On your website and landing pages, in WhatsApp conversations, in email follow-ups, during NRI video calls, and as a link in portal listings and social media profiles. We provide the embed code and a shareable link.
Do you shoot construction progress every month?
Yes, as an optional monthly plan. We use the same shot positions each month so progress is easy to compare, and deliver an edited update for buyers, social media and ads.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Edited files and raw footage are handed over with usage rights for all your marketing, so you can reuse them in brochures, hoardings, portals and future campaigns.
Can you add plot numbers or boundaries to drone videos?
Yes. We add layout overlays, plot numbers, road names and distance captions in editing, using your approved layout plan, so the aerial view matches exactly what is being sold.
