What Property Can NRIs Buy in Hyderabad?

Can NRIs buy agricultural land or farmland in Hyderabad?
No. Under FEMA rules, NRIs and OCI cardholders cannot buy agricultural land, plantation property or farmhouses in India, although they can inherit them. They can buy apartments, villas, houses, non-agricultural plots and commercial property. We do not run NRI campaigns for farmland projects. Buyers should confirm their own case with a lawyer.
Which countries do you target for NRI campaigns?
