Property Leads is the real estate digital marketing brand of Brolly Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, an AI-first marketing company based in Hyder Nagar, Hyderabad, since 2013. We exist for one kind of client, builders, developers and land promoters, and one outcome, qualified buyers who book site visits and sign agreements.
Our story
Built Inside Brolly. Focused Only on Real Estate.
Brolly Software Solutions was founded in Hyderabad in 2013 by Dandu Venkata Ravi Varma as a software and digital marketing company. Over the years the Brolly team ran campaigns for healthcare, education, e-commerce and real estate businesses, including builders and plot promoters such as Sreeram Ventures, iMark Developers and Varahi Infra.
Real estate kept teaching us the same lesson. Generic marketing produces leads that never visit: portal enquiries shared with five competitors, Meta leads with no budget, and ads that ignore RERA. A builder does not need more leads. A builder needs leads who match the price band, the locality and the possession timeline, and a follow-up system fast enough to keep them.
So we did for real estate what we had already done for healthcare with DrRise: we built a dedicated brand with its own playbooks, its own AI qualification stack and a team that works on nothing but plots, apartments, villas and commercial projects. That brand is Property Leads.

Property Leads is led by Dandu Venkata Ravi Varma, founder of Brolly Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. Ravi Varma has built and run digital marketing for Hyderabad businesses since 2013 and personally shapes the strategy for every Property Leads account, from the lead-quality definition to the budget split across micro-markets.
The team around the founder is a Hyderabad-based group of performance marketers, SEO and AI search specialists, designers, video producers and automation engineers who work only on real estate projects. You will know the strategist on your account by name, and you will meet them at your site.
