Privacy Policy – Property Leads (Brolly Software Solutions Pvt Ltd)
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Brolly Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, trading as Property Leads, collects when you use propertyleads.si, submit an enquiry, message us on WhatsApp or work with us as a client, how we use and protect that data, and the choices you have. Brolly Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, trading as Property Leads, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through propertyleads.si and our client services.

What Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the data needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver our services and run our website.
Most of this data comes directly from you when you fill in a form, call us, message us on WhatsApp or sign a service agreement. Some technical data is collected automatically by our website and analytics tools.
Contact details: name, company, designation, email address and phone number
Enquiry details: project type, location, budget range and the message you send us
Client account details: billing address, GST number, invoices and payment records
Access credentials you share for ad accounts, websites or CRMs, held only for the duration of the engagement

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data to run advertising campaigns for anyone other than you.

How Long We Keep Data and How We Protect It
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it.
Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is kept for up to 24 months so we can respond to follow-up questions. Client account and billing records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and company law. Access credentials are removed from our systems at the end of the engagement.
We apply reasonable security practices as required by the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011, including encrypted connections, access controls, password managers for shared credentials, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights Over Your Personal Data
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@propertyleads.si from the address you used with us or message us on WhatsApp. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India or the grievance mechanisms available under Indian law.

Questions About Our Privacy Policy
Do you sell my personal data to builders or other agencies?
No. We never sell personal data. Enquiry details are used only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver your services.
What happens to my data if I only request a free audit?
We keep your enquiry details for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Do you store the ad-account or website passwords I share?
Credentials are stored in a password manager with restricted access for the duration of the engagement and removed when the engagement ends. We recommend giving us user-level access instead of sharing passwords wherever the platform allows it.
Is my data stored in India?
Our primary records are kept in India. Some service providers such as email, analytics and CRM tools may store data on servers outside India under their own security safeguards.
Will you send me marketing emails?
Only if you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by emailing hello@propertyleads.si.
How do I get a copy of the data you hold about me?

Does this policy cover the leads my campaigns collect?
No. Leads generated by your campaigns belong to you and are collected under your own privacy policy. We process them on your behalf under the terms of our service agreement.
