We Are a Marketing Agency, Not a Broker, Developer or Adviser
Property Leads is a digital marketing agency; we do not sell property, act as a real estate agent or broker, or provide legal, tax or investment advice.
We do not verify land titles, approvals or project viability for buyers. Information about DTCP, HMDA, TS-RERA or other approvals on the website is general background about how marketing is affected by them and is not a statement about any specific project. Buyers should verify approvals with the relevant authority and the developer.

Claims in Client Campaigns Belong to the Client
Project information, prices, approvals, possession dates and offers in campaigns we run are supplied by our clients, who are responsible for their accuracy and legal compliance.
We ask clients for proof of TS-RERA registration and other approvals before launch and we may pause campaigns that make claims we cannot verify, but we are not liable to buyers or third parties for statements made by a client in its own campaigns, landing pages or sales conversations.
